Join our Account as a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative
Baseline Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2nd-year college with no back subjects (Completed 72 Units)
• Effective Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
• at least 6 months of Customer Support or Technical Support Experience across channels (email, phone, chat)
• Experience in Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting support for Financial and payment gateway platforms preferred
Join our Account as an IT Helpdesk
Completed at least 2nd-year college with no back subjects (Completed 72 Units)
• Effective Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
• 0 to 2 years IT Help Desk/Call Center experience/BS IT grad or equivalent if no BPO experience
Join our Account as Healthcare Representative
• Registered Nurse or Registered Pharmacist or Graduate of Medical Allied
• Good Communication Skills both Oral and Written
• Experience in working in Pharma company - healthcare experience will also be considered
• BPO experience with inbound/outbound voice programs involving patient and health care providers
• Basic knowledge of Adverse Events, product quality, medical information and Food and Drug Administration - FDA regulations
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, human body systems and disease processes.
• Amenable to work on night shift
• Amenable to work onsite or Hybrid Set up depending on the location of hiring
