Join our Financial Technology Account as a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative

Baseline Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2nd-year college with no back subjects (Completed 72 Units)

• Amenable to work onsite in Giga Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City

• Effective Verbal and Written English Communication Skills

• at least 6 months of Customer Support Experience across channels (email, phone, chat)

• Experience in Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting support for Financial and payment gateway platforms preferred
